J. Campbel Phillips (1873 – 1949)
Known for his society sketches, paintings and drawings as well as landscape scenes, Jay Campbell Phillips had a New York studio at 11 East 59th Street. He was basically self taught and was also an illustrator, who depicted the social life of young America.
