Adolf Bock (1890-1968)
The Berlin-born painter Adolf Bock studied at the Royal School of Applied Arts and at the Art Academy Berlin. When traveling through many countries by ship, Bock discovered his passion for the depiction of ships. His works bear witness to an unerring sagacity and knowledge of an expert. From 1919-1939 Bock worked in Finland.
